Time is the most precious commodity, though some say it cannot be bought. It is also the most precious gift we can give to others. We cannot bring back time, so we have to make the most out of it or we’ll regret not being able to do the things we should have done.

The song says that we don’t actually need to put in some effort because there is always a good time.
